superstition are numerous in almost all countries....Some people do not belive in them considering them aberration, others accept them in theirs life and ever been guided by certain sings or clues. superstition is not based on a scientific foundation or reason and because of that they are recognized like irrational facts. For this reason the some superstition are known as "emperically stories". There are many supertition which fallowe us in our daily life. Thus very rare four-leves clover is thought to bring luck, like horseshoue.
One Romanian superstition is connected with the wedding : before and durring the wedding. Before wedding the wedding couple must not eat from the pot or bowl, but only from the plate because is going to rain in their wedding day.If someone is sweeping over the feet is said that will not marry, and if he will get over trash collected will not be part of the wedding.They say about who sits at the corner of the table that will not marry never. Durring the wedding, bride should were an old jewel, a new one and one borrowed one.It is a good sign if you see a rainbow on your wedding day or meet a black cat or a chimney sweeper. In the wedding day is bad sign if you see a monk or nun.In church, during the religious ceremony, one of the wonder it gets on the other foot. They say who will do this, will be the pillar of the house. It brings good luck if you cry at the wedding or baptism, and if it rains on your wedding day is said that you have a wealthy life.
